The referral fee is paid at closing.  Our Agent Services department will provide payment instructions to your team and the escrow/title company.

Our RBN Agent Referral Specialist Team qualify consumers and then determine the best match.

Consumers are provided profiles for one to three agents based on their unique situations and preferences.  Consumers control the flow of information.  At no time is a consumer’s contact information provided to any agent without their consent.  In most cases, a mutual introduction with both consumer and agent contact information is provided via email, phone and/or text.

It is difficult for us to predict how many referrals any one agent will receive because of the fact that each consumer is presented with up to three agents and given ownership of which agent they will want to be officially referred to. 

We recognize that referrals carry a right of refusal. For this reason, we will typically text or call the agents we think are a good fit before we have a consultation with the consumer. This gives the agents a heads up and allows for an honest refusal should the referral not be a good match.
